Customer Question

Yesterday our wifi system was working fine in our house. Now it does not even come up as a choice for our cell phones. How can I get this back on?

Hi Colleen. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist.

If your devices are not detecting your wireless signal restart everything.

Remove the power cord from your router for 60 seconds and plug it back in and allow it to start up.

Then restart your cell phones and check that they are receiving the signal from the router.
