Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Is this a new printer? Or new computer? Or was it working previously?

Do you use the Ethernet/network cable for connecting the Dell 2130cn printer to the modem/router device in order to print wireless, or do you use the Dell 2130cn wireless adapter?

What is the brand/model of your Internet/wireless modem/router device?

Is there any error or message when installing the printer's driver cd disk (or download)?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

it was working previously with old wireless router
Expert:  Viet - Network Tech replied 1 year ago.

Is there a model on the Ubee D3 device, such as DDM3513? Is there any other device connected to the Ubee device?

What's the model of your computer?

Does it have windows xp, vsita, or 7, or 8, or 10? Or is it a mac computer?

Did you connect the printer to the old wireless router previously with a cable? Or was the printer connected to anything else when it was working previously?

Are you able to go to the Menu on the printer's screen, the ngo to the network/wireless option, etc., and connect it to your wireless network name?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

Expert:  Viet - Network Tech replied 1 year ago.

So you were able to print wirlessly through the old wireless router previously without connecting a cable from the printer to the old router right?

Press Menu on the printer, then what do you see? Use arrow buttons to navigate.

Please let me know. Thank you.

You did this right: Click on Start->All programs->Accessories->Command Prompt, then type ipconfig then press Enter key, then let me know IP address, Subnet mask and Default Gateway.
- On the printer, can you go to Menu -> Admin Menu -> Network -> IPv4 -> Get IP Address, then set to Panel option, then set IP Address to 192.168.0.9 and Subnet Mask to 255.255.255.0 and Default Gateway to 192.168.0.1

, then see if the printer gets IP address now.
