Please go to the link below, download the driver, copy it to a USB flash drive, insert it on the faulty computer and install on the computer.

If so, click on the wireless icon and check if you can find your wireless name over there. If you can find the wireless name, click on that and select Connect.

I can work on this with you if you are still willing. I have a couple of ideas that the other expert did not try.

go to the control panel and select network

click adapter settings and see if the wifi adapter shows up there and if so is it enabled or disabled ?

please get back to me and let me know what you find. If it is disabled of course you want to enable it. But if its already enabled or not there than we have to look in other places for the problem.

we can also do this pretty quickly if you allow me to remote in and work on it with you watching and talking to me on the phone.
