I'm sorry about the issue. Is there any error or message?

What happens when you go to the Setup menu on the printer, then go to the Wireless Menu, then Setup Wizard, then select / connect to your wireless network name? Is there any error or message?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?

Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?

Can we schedule after after 12pm noon?

I should not be charged the $18 since your e-mail came in the middle of the night while I was asleep. Please remove the $18 or I will contact my bank. Thank you. Do you have a phone number?
