Are you looking to purchase the full OS?
Or are you just looking for an upgrade to SP2?
In order to direct you to the correct upgrade, I'll need to know whether you have the 32 bit version of Vista, or the 64-bit version. You can determine that by going into your start menu, right clicking on computer, and hitting properties. Next to "System Type" it should say 64-bit or 32-bit.
Once you know that, you can download the service pack from here:http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/service-packs-download#sptabs=vista
If you need assistance installing the service pack, I can do a remote desktop support session with you to help you get the service pack installed.
Okay, then this is the link you need to use to install Vista Service Pack 2: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=150036
That link will bring you to the download page for Vista Service Pack 2. Once there, you need to click on the orange "Download" button... if asked whether you want to save it or open it... choose open it. If you are not asked, you will have to go into your downloads folder and open the file from there once it is finished downloading. Then follow the prompts to install it. Let me know if you need any further assistance, or you can click on a smiley or star rating if this has answered your question.
