Customer Question

I have a message on my phone that says: "mobile network not available". What do I do?

Hi there and welcome

this usually means there is an outage in your area, unrelated to you.

How long have you had this message? And who is your provider?

Thank you

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Solavei is my provider through T Mobile. I got Solavei coverage in Utah and it worked fine. I moved recently to the Bronx, NYC and I found that T Mobile has poor coverage here -everyone uses Verizon. So my original question really boils down to: ***** ***** need to switch to Verizon ?
Expert:  Richard replied 2 years ago.

Ok, Verizon does provides much better coverage there, but I want to know, has the problem been on the phone from the start?
