I just upgraded from an old modem to a new modem/router from XFINITY WIFI. but not with my ROKU 3, Model 4200X. ROKU shows the XFINITY WIFI connected to the odem/router and the internet but I keep getting a notice of ROKU error NW-2-5. What can I do?

Hi, I am A. Stevens here to help with your question! So first thing to try is disconnecting the Roku from the WIFI connection and then reconnecting it again. Do you know what security method you are using for your WIFI? WPA2, WEP, etc?
