Hello again!
You can try system restore again, or, go back to Windows 8.1 where your drivers are more likely to be compatible.
If you would like to do the latter,
Click on the Start button then click on Settings.
Scroll down a little and click on "Update & security"
Once that window opens, click on "Recovery"
You should see an option there to go back to Windows 8.1
Do you see it?

Could you e-mail me the restore point instructions so I try that again prior to going back to Windows 8.1? Thank you in advance,
Expert:  Martin replied 1 year ago.
I don't have your email address but I can write them down here for you.
To do a system restore:
Press WindowsKey+R type rstrui and hit Enter
(WindowsKey can be found on the bottom left of the keyboard between Ctrl and Alt and usually has a flag-like icon on it)
Go next and see if you can choose one of the oldest Restore points, or select a date where you are sure the Internet was working on your browsers.
Go Next and let the system restore run.
