I have a Netgear router implementing my local area Network.

Customer Question

I have a Netgear router implementing my local area Network. Now there are three computers on the network, an old XP machine, a windows 7, and now a Windows 10. All work fine in the data mode. Additionally, I have a have an external, 2TB hard drive in the network connected at the router. This works well for the XP and Windows 7 machines but the Windows 10 machine fails to find \\readyshare.
I would appreciate any help you can give me on this aituation
