Customer Question

I have an HP deskjet all in one wireless printer 3056A. My modem and router are working fine to get the internet up . But the blue wifi light is flashing on the PRINTER and I am unable to print or scan anything. I have pressed the button on the motorola
surfboard modem. The printer says it is connected to wifi but still no transmission between computer and printer. It takes the information to print but does not send the information to the printer. It puts up the bar but then closes it.
