Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Is it showing offline now? Was the printer working yesterday fine with Windows 10?

Please make sure the printer's USB cable are connected / pushed all the way in both the printer and the computer, then check. If it does not work, please try the followings:

  1. Disconnect the printer's USB cable from the computer for now.
  2. Click on Start, then click on Settings, then click on Devices.
  3. Then scroll down on the right, then click on Devices and printers.
  4. Then right-click on the brother printer item there, and remove/delete it for now.
  5. Then make sure the printer is powered on.
  6. Then reconnect the printer's USB cable securely from the printer to the computer.
  7. Wait a bit, and the printer should automatically be reinstalled.
  8. Then check printing.

If needed, delete the printer again, if it's there, then download / install the printer driver at the Brother website below:

, click the option "Search" there and continue.

Please reply at the box below to continue troubleshooting. Thank you.
