That's annoying--I'm sorry.
So that we can avoid a lot of back and forth and trying stuff that doesn't work, can you answer a few more questions for me?:
(1) How do you get your email? Through Outlook? Outlook Express? Another application? Which version are you using (This might help if you don't know how to find your version: http://www.windstream.com/Support/How-can-I-tell-what-version-of-Outlook-I-have-/)
(2) Has anything changed since the last time you successfully checked your email? Has it always worked, or did you just install it?
(3) Just clarifying--can you still receive emails?
(4) Anything else I should know? (i.e. Are you traveling?)
