Customer Question

My network is up and working for my computer, TV and cell phone. For some reason my Kindle is unable to access the network.
I have tried to reconfigure my Kindle but it finds no nodes on an existing well working network.
Any Ideas?

Hello! Thank you for your question. I am a licensed network professional with over ten years of experience, and I will be assisting you today.
I'm sorry about the issue. Have you tried this: Please disconnect the power cord(s) from the modem/router device(s) for a few minutes, then reconnect.
- Next, if you have any cover / case on the kindle, please remove it for now. Then press and hold (or slide & hold) the power on/off button / switch for about 30 seconds, then turn it back on and check.
Does the kindle see your wireless / Wi-Fi network name at all?
Is there any error or message?
If your computer sees your neighbor's wireless, does your kindle see it also?
Please reply at the box below to continue troubleshooting. Thank you.
