Customer Question

I lost my connection cord from my computer to my printer--a HP Envy 4500 when I moved from Dallas, Texas to Lufkin, Texas. I bought a new cord---a Insignia USB 2.0 A/B Cable, but my printer failed to recognize it, therefore, it is not recognizing my Wi-Fi. What can I do to solve this problem?

I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue. The problem with the wifi is going to be caused by your new network settings. Are you using the same computer as before?
