John, my wifi router is asking name and password

Hi John, my wifi router...
Hi John, my wifi router is asking for user name and password (internal, so its not my ISP modem). I do not know the password. I have hard reset it and tried admin password, admin 1234 but still cant get it to work.

2. click MANAGE WIRELESS NETWORKS in the left pane.3. left click the name of the wireless router once, then right click and select PROPERTIES4. Now click the SECURITY tab 5. click SHOW PASSWORD ***** you can now see the password ***** your router in the password *****

ok yes i see the passwords. but i still can't get on the internet using the wireless router. I get an error message that says user authentication , and don't know how to figure out the password ***** my server, (which is my wireless router, 192.168.1.1)

yes, i followed directions i saw here on your website. reset router. reset modem. factor reset of router, 30 second hold of reset, unplugged. unplugged modem for 5 minutes. it didn't work. it still asks me for authentication
