James I have the same problem as this guy did 3 years ago. Have switched to new computer. Dell updated driver for me and everything went well for a couple of months. Now I have it looking good (blue light) but no connection via the router.

Can you clarify "blue light" where is this light? Is this a WiFi network you are trying to connect to? Need more information please.
