I am unable to connect my new powershot SX710 to a WiFi network for web services. I have easily connected it to my iPad and iPhone. Can you help?

That makes sense why you may not have any web services on the device.
So the device is connected to the network with no problems?
Which 'web services' are you trying to load?

No camera not connected. Trying to use web service to upload photos to Facebook directly from camera.

Does your wireless signal at the hotel require any type of password ***** connect to the signal?
Once it is connected to the signal, does it require any additional login information?

Yes hotel network requires password ***** I have tried connecting manually and putting that password ***** with no success. All other devices (iPhone, laptop, iPad) are successfully connected to hotel network b

If you don't choose the correct level of encryption, it will not work.

on my system preferences it says for this network security it says 'none' but when I arrived I did have to put in a password ***** connect my other devices

Okay, it sounds like there is some confusion.
I understand and respect your choice to now allow me temporary remote screen sharing. I have remoted into computers a few hundred thousand times with no problems, but I understand.
