Customer Question

Am trying to connect my Inspiron duo to my home network and it isn't working. It doesn't show a wireless connection as an option in my network connections. It shows a Bluetooth network connection and a local area connection both of which have red x's. It also keeps asking me to plug in an Ethernet cable but has no Ethernet port

Hi, and thank you for asking your question.
It looks like the WIFI device driver needs to be installed for your system. Could you let me know what's the model number of the laptop, please?
Also, are you using Windows XP, Vista, 7 or 8?
Keep me posted.
