We can recover the Wireless password ***** a application named WirelessKeyView. Download the WirelessKeyView application from here : http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/wireless_key.html
Open WirelessKeyView. In WirelessKeyView, you can find the list of your networks. Select your current network and you can find your wireless password ***** Key (Ascii) column. Use that password ***** connect your iPad to your network.
Please let me know if that didn't work, so we can try another method to get your password.
