Hi,One of our kind staff members suggested that I might want to give more information. I will try to keep it brief and in chronological orderI see I have a response from you,so I will just send this. Just a reminder that my connection is being dropped so frequently, it sometimes takes me awhile to get my response back to you. I just don't want you to think I have just walked away!

This problem happens on both eternet and wireless. When I did the factory reset this afternoon and hooked it up as wireless, for awhile, it did fairly well. Not very many dropped connections, and it was doing much better. Suddenly, it began to go downhill and drop more frequently. Now, it seems like it drops constantly. Took me 3 tries to submit my payment information. I am currently on wireless.

Should I be writing somewhere else? (It's a bad sign when I can't even figure out where to respond to you!)

I am not receiving your messages unless my phone alerts me, and I check my texts. I read what you say on the phone, and then I write the response over here.. The only other one I can compare it to is my sister's HP laptop. I borrowed it from her to see if I could do the driving test on it. At first, it did really well. I was able to get through a good portion of Unit 2. However, then the flash started crashing. The first few times, I was able to reload it and work a little bit more, but finally it was crashing constantly. It was the second time that I had lost all of my work on that test due to computer difficulties. The AARP Customer Service tried to help, but it would not even let me open a new tab without crashing. I spent several hours, today and last night, trying to do Internet searches to try and fix that, but I was unable to do anything. It seemed like her computer was not dropping the internet, it was flaming out the Flash.My phone doesn't seem to drop any connections, but I don't know if that is different.Oh, I took it to a computer shop on Saturday for a second opinion - different from the store that I bought this computer from on 3/20/15. He said that he ran it for 2 or more hours, streaming all kinds of stuff, using both chrome and internet explorer browsers and had no problems at all. He uses the same internet company that I do, only a business line. He was wondering if it might be a modum issue, although mine is only a year old. His brother-in-law had the same problem and Century Link (internet provider) finally had to come out and check their outside box, and it had a bunch of corroded wires, etc. When they fixed that problem, his brother's internet connectivity was solved. I have a boyfriend in Oregon who had the same problems, only Century Link decided to send him a new modum (it has a different model number than mine.), and when he plugged in the modum, his problem was solved. I guess you can take your pick of which answer will resolve my problem!

Sorry to remember things as we go along! I called Centruy Link Saturday afternoon after the store owner told me he had run it for several hours wthout the connection being dropped. The "technician" did some tests, and she said that they were not indicating any difficulties at their outside box. She wanted to do more tests, but I did not yet have the computer back from the store. She promised to call me back to do the tests, but she never did. (Surprise!).I am typing from the computer in queston. Even now, when I hit the Send button, I receive a message that an error occurred,a nd my message was not sent. I have to click on the Send button, again, before it will go. I can get my sister's machine up and running. I'm sure that she and I would both be delighted to have you fix the Flash issue. As you said, then we could see how it did on the internet connection.I have my sister's laptop up and on your website. No crashes yet. I turned it completely off last night. How do I get her laptop in to where we are talking? I'm typing from my phone.I tried to sign my sister's laptop into the Just Ask sign in, but it is back to not taking any of my passwords.

I had already gotten a new password, and I am in. I'm trying to run her laptop with a touch pad, my computer with a mouse, and my phone with a mini-keyboard. (LOL)

I can respond now if I remember that she has a touch pad and not a mouse, plus the keyboard is different.Say when.

I inadvertently clicked finished on the big computer, so it closed up my question. The drop down box that you tried crashed immediately.

I am really lost. On big computer, I hot over to join your potal and then page of configurations of which I had no clue. Laptop is clear out of the website.
