What's likely happened is that like any device, it's settings were reset to factory (happens to printers often as well on power failures).
What you'll need to do is go in manually to reconfigure the wireless network. It's easier than it sounds.
First, you'll need an ethernet cable to hook directly to one of the router's 4 LAN ports either with your desktop, or a laptop. The router does not need to be near the modem at that this time in the setup if it's too difficult to move a device to it. It simply needs a device plugged directly into it, and it needs power. It can be moved back to the gateway/modem once it's configured).
So what you'll do is after plugging into it, you'll open a web browser and navigate to 192.168.0.1 as the web address.
http://192.168.0.1 (is the full address)
This is going to trigger the web interface of the router for setup/config.
It'll ask for login which is as follows:
username: admin
password: password
Once in you'll need to navigate to the wireless properties. Set the wireless network name, and also the wireless password (minimum of 8 characaters), save the settings, and the router will reboot. After about 30 sec to a min you should see the wireless network show up on devices again.
