I have a Nextbook Premium...
I have a Nextbook Premium 8 android tablet. It has stopped connecting to my WIFI. When I go to settings, and select Wireless and network settings, I have an Error message under WiFi. When I select Wi-Fi settings (set up and manage wireless access points), it just has network notification when an open network is available. Also it I try to select "add Wi-Fi network" nothing happens. Could you help me with this problem? Thanks.

Hi, I will assist with this issue,

Have you tried to power off the tablet completely: press & hold the power button for about 10 seconds, then turn it back on and see if you can connect.

Sorry, so it does not let you connect to your wifi/wireless network name. Can you disconnect the power cord from the router for a few minutes, then reconnect? Is the tablet able to connect to your neighbor's wireless or at another wireless place? Thank you

I did this earlier. Still no success. It still won't connect to anything.

Usually you go to Settings, then scroll down for backup / reset / factory, etc. option. Thank you

I checked privacy. I can select back up my data, automatic restore, and factory data reset. Automatic restore has been selected. If I select factory data reset will it remove my downloaded ebooks, etc.?
