Samsung Galaxy Y Duos model GT-S6102 Wi-Fi connect problem

Customer Question

Attachment: 2012-04-02_065708_ssid_details.pdf

I am located in Australia, have a Samsung Galaxy Y Duos model GT-S6102 that I purchased in Hong Kong (my previous ph was destroyed so i had to by one whilst overseas) I cannot connect to Wi-Fi. I have tried - Changing the WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK key to a 8 digit password - A hard reset with *2767*3855# - disabling the Wi-Fi Security totally and trying to connect The phone just keeps scanning, authenticating then disconnecting. How do I solve this?

Please log in the router and change the Mode to 11g or 11n (or 11gn...), then save and check.

If needed, disable security again also, then save, and check.

If needed, download the latest router firmware:
, then log in the router and update it.
; change the Mode and security again if needed.

Please let me know if there is still any issue. Thank you.
