Was it working previously? What device are you trying to connect?

Do you mean you need your wireless password/key?

What is the brand and model of your wireless router?

Do you have a wireless computer/laptop that is currently connected via wireless? If so, does it have windows xp, vista, or 7?

Please let me know. Thank you.

Please go to the website , or could be the website or, and login with:
  • Username = admin
  • Password = password
  • if it does not work, try password = 1234

Then click on the Wireless settings option to confirm the wireless password XXXXX security key. If that does not work, there, you will need to change the Security options to WPA2...WPA..., and enter a new passphrase/key, then save and reconnect the laptop/printer to your wireless, and check.

Please let me know if there is still any issue. Thank you.

SSID means your wireless network name.

SSID number means your wireless password/key.

Can you please try my suggestion to get your wireless network name and password/key?

Thank you.
