Try this.

unplug the main modem for 2 minutes.

then plug it back in..

wait 1 minute

then... pick up the phone again. do you get a dial tone now?

Something is wrong with your AT&t line then.

You need to use a cell phone if you have one, or use a internet phone calling program like skype, or gtalk to call AT&T at the number above

tell them your phone service is out.. Could have been a storm, or something hit onbe of the lines, or possibly just an error internally in their system.
