There's our problem. Can you give me the model or service tag of your dell?

Example: Dell Inspiron 6400

Dell Inspiron 6000

Thanks! Please download your most up-2-date drivers from Dell using the link below.

http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/driverslist.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=gen&os=W764&osl=en&SystemID=INS_PNT_6000&catid=-1&impid=-1

You will need to download these below and install them on your laptop. If you need to use a Flash Drive to transfer them over to that laptop.

1) Audio

2) Chipset

3) Conexant Driver Only (under communication)

4) Broadcom Driver (under network & Dell Wireless or Intel which ever one you got)

5) Video (whichever one you got)

DELL: 1-800-999-3355

BEST OF LUCK!
GOD BLESS!

Expert:  Anthony Brewster replied 6 years ago.
Its not doing that on my side. Do you have your Dell Drivers & Utilites Disc?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
No
Expert:  Anthony Brewster replied 6 years ago.

I see your in the UK, although that should not matter, go ahead and try this link below from the Dell UK Drivers Site.

http://support.euro.dell.com/support/downloads/driverslist.aspx?c=uk&cs=ukdhs1&l=en&s=dhs&ServiceTag=&SystemID=INS_PNT_6000&os=WW1&osl=en&catid=&impid=

Does that make a difference? Also, make sure you are using only Microsoft Internet Explorer when doing these.

Thanks!
