Hi

Yes you can save your data or your emails of MS outlook.First of all you need to look into your configuration.Like if you have choosen the option of auto archive your data on your system. If you have already choosen this data than its present on your system.Go to my computer drive C where your windows are installed.Select users and choose your user domain.Means the username you use while login to system.Than select APPDATA folder. Before that you need to choose folder options and select show all hidden folders option than it will show you APPDATA.Its under Tools options (folder options) when you open C drive. Under view choose show all hidden folder and files in it.

When you open APPDATA choose local and select microsoft folder in it.After that select outlook folder.Under that folder you will see files with .pst extension.Just save all those files.Specially archive.pst file.

I am also sending you a link which explain to take backup of data and save them as .pst files and copy them as a backup from folder outlook mention above

Kindly tel me if you face any issue. How familiar you are with outlook.
