Hello. I moved from Las Vegas to San Francisco and I am trying to set up my Linksys Wireless-G 2.4ghz router. The router worked fine in Las Vegas. In San Francisco, I cannot get the router to work. When I connect the cable modem to the Linksys router the computer does not connect to the internet. When I connect the computer directly to the cable modem I get internet access. What do I need to do? Thanks

Before we start I need to know what kind of computer we are working with (like compaq, mac, dell or other) and what operating system you are using (like window xp, vista,or other) That way I will be able to guide you step by step to repair your connection.I would like to recommend trying the simplest task first ok? Sometimes uninstalling and re-installing the linksys router program does the trick so try that first. If you could provide the answer to the question above I will give you step by step. And if this simply task doesn't work I will be able to tell you how to do anything else you may need to do to fix this. Thanks Denise
