Customer reply replied 8 years ago
yes. it just keeps saying network can not be connected, when asked what the problem is, it says no answer can be found. if you have teamviewer i would be happy to give you my number. my phone number is XXXXX thanks.
Network Technician: Syseng, Computer Systems Engineer replied 8 years ago
I don't have team viewer however we should be able to resolve the issue through this medium.

So Vista displays the network to which you are trying to connect correct?

Also, is the network now configured with encryption?

Also, can other computers connect to the same network?
Ask Your Own Networking Question
Customer reply replied 8 years ago
yes to the first & second questions, i dont know about number three.
Network Technician: Syseng, Computer Systems Engineer replied 8 years ago
Ok, so based on the description at the top the computer in question cannot connect to other networks as well correct?

Also, click Start, right click Computer, then click Manage then Device Manager then find the wireless adapter in the list and let me know if it has a yellow sign by it.
