Please tell me what you are doing, step by step. What site are you trying to use?

is this a site you are mounting onr an internet/intranet site?

It is The screen asks for a username and password XXXXX when I enter it the error comes up.
Expert:  QCIHDTM replied 7 years ago.

ok, that's because it is not validating you.

I assume you DO have a valid username and password XXXXX?

if you do, then it could be a couple things failing and probably only one thing you can try on your end:

(you can try this on your end)

#1 Clear the cookies and all the cached data on your browser

(their issue)

#2 they've made a change on their site and this page has problems with the permissions

#3 your subscription has expired

#4 it is having a redirection issue. Please note that the page that gives the error is http:/ / since when you enter http:/ / it prompts for the user and password XXXXX then it redirects to the above mentioned page.
