When I am scanning it is giving me network error code e-02

The error ce-02 means that the image is being sent to a computer that is not running Sharps "network scanning tool" which is part of the Sharp desktop software suite.

So first restart the Sharp software as that may resolve the issue.

If the issue still persists then turn off the XP and antivirus firewalls and try again.

If that still does not resolve the issue then you should reinstall the Sharp software.
