Jeff is correct in saying, Im not sure why he opted out. But this is the only option for fixing your problem. Sorry its prolly not the quick fix you are looking for.
If it is locked due to too many failed login attempts, then use the following to remove it from the locked state:
Username: unlock
Password: unlock
I can not get you past the default username and unlocking process. Support at www.tranzeo.com can walk you through the remainder of the process, but require a purchase invoice to be emailed into their support group to assist you.
