When you get a certificate error, the first thing to check is to make sure the date and time on the computer are set correctly. Take a look in the task tray area on the bottom right. If it is incorrect, double click on the date and time and then adjust it in the window that opens. Then test again. If that does not help, please let me know the exact error message you are receiving, as well as what web browser you are using.
