Cannot get into magic jack. Unplugged and waited 20 seconds, but nothing happened after waiting over 5 minutes!

Magic Jack wasn't working. Unplugged for 10 seconds and waited for at least five, and zero!

No dial tones. It says " no line". Two phones on Magic Jack and neither connect, and bit say same thing.

On your computer PLEASE CLICK HERE. You will get open a Justanswer window. Click on the green I Agree button. You will be prompted to download a small program named Elsinore Screen Connect Client. Download and Run it. Then I will able to connect to your computer and work on it to resolve the issue.

Is this going to take a while to fix. I am trying to be able to do this without that additional charge .
