I have connected my...

I have connected my Neat device to my computer but I have unable to scan any ticket from a company such as Lowes?

Technician's Assistant: What device or product does this involve?

I have a Windows 10 Dell Model 8500 computer. This Neat device was working when I lived in Dodge City KS but it is not working here in Troy, IL where I presently live.

Technician's Assistant: What Dell model do you have?

I indicated the model as Dell Model 8500 in my previous chat.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?

Disconnected the cable from the computer then turned off my Neat device and shut down my computer. I then reconnected my cable from the Neat device to the USB port on my Computer and it is still not working.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

I think I have told you everything.
