here's where I'm at. c930e...
here's where I'm at. c930e with usb connector. usb plugged into desktop computer running windows 10. hdmi cable plugged into desktop out to Samsung hdmi in. run Logitech camera software. on tv screen I get a picture of what the camera is seeing. only problem is that the picture covers only about 8 in square on a 65 in tv. is there a way to expand this to cover the full screen? dought that using scype when both ends are set up will do the trick.

Hi,

Thanks for using JustAnswer. I am happy to assist you with this issue. This may have to do with the resolution. You will need to configure the computer correctly to make it work. To do this, right-click on the desktop and select "Screen Resolution." From there, you should see an option to check "Monitor 2." Increase the resolution as far as it will allow. Then click on "Connect to a projector" and choose the "Extend" option. At this point, you should be able to see the content from your computer screen on your TV.

your directions do not correspond to the menu on my computer. for instance, right click does not result in screen resolution only display settings

Can you to to device manager and tell me the name of your video card? Does it have it's own software to control screen mirroring, resolution, etc? Let me know.

Cannot connect

Appears that Windows’s 10 home does not support remote access. Need to upgrade to pro for 99 bucs

OK, once you click on the link, in Edge, there is a symbol at the top right that looks like a star with 3 lines. Click on that to find your download. Once it is complete, just run it and answer yes to all the questions.

This is crazy. Techs from dymo label remote in on a regular basis because thei software gets corrupted. They use no other software than is in my browserb

Screenconnect is an Enterprise software that many tech firms use. It is very common and does not have anything to do with your Windows operating system allowing or not allowing remote sessions or anything like that. It must be an issue with the software and your computer. If you want to use Teamviewer, it is also very commonly used for tech support. Once you have it downloaded, I would be happy to connect in. Just reply if you want to go that route since ScreenConnect is not working.
