Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?

This is not my computer....it's the TV set

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?

Toshiba high def LCD television model 26C100U1 about 5 yrs old

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

No the TV menu does not work...however the other TV in the house works fine

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue with your 26C100U1? What happened right before this?

Just a few minutes ago when I turned it on....it was working fine less than 3 hrs ago

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?

No that I can think of
