Still cannot get magicjack to work. Have unplugged at least…

Still cannot get magicjack...

Still cannot get magicjack to work. Have unplugged at least 10 times to get still no dial tone and "error message 3004" Have not been able to even call out or get a dial tone. Was waiting for number to port and did receive confirmation that the transfer of my number(###) ###-#### is complete, as of Fri. Dec..29th.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your magicJackGo? What have you tried so far?

Went online to register 4-5 days ago. I was not sure it was complete because I was given an activation code but was unsure if I was able to complete this activation process. I tried several times to return to my registration but no go. Could not get back to check if I activated it or not. I have tried all for ports on the back of my router ,get a solid blue lite, but nothing after that.
