Customer Service! It's been a nightmare. I've been calling and calling to get put on hold, and when I finally talked to someone, they said they'll get back. When they finally gave me the same info over again. I was informed, that I'm paying for four computers. I only have one. I'm still waiting for my credit that I've overpaid. Also I would like to cancel my end of the service. When can all this be done?
