My air 2 iPad has a Logitech key board. It stopped working 2 days ago.

Good question, how do I find this info?

Technician's Assistant: The Mac Technician will be able to walk you through that. How long has this been going on with your iPad? What have you tried so far?

It stopped working 2 days ago. I’ve checked the Bluetooth connection, it says that I’m not connected, but does not fixed the problem.
