Purchased a cruzer glide 64GB a couple of days ago, today it showed as a 32 GB stick and when I tried to format it it reads as cannot be formatted. Windows 10 on a dell laptop

All the updates from dell, only had it a month and there are some problems with it, in fact dell is sending me a return authorization for it.
