I was recently given a DS 3400 and have enjoyed getting acquainted with it. However, I have a software problem. I have installed ViewNX-i on my PC, but cannot access ImageSpace from within that program (and I had the same problem with ViewNX-2, which I initially installed). When I enter the login information and password, nothing happens; with ViewNX-2 I got an error message that the server was unavailable.

Technician's Assistant: When could you last open your software?

The software opens fine. In fact, it is open now. But I cannot login to ImageSpace from within it.

Technician's Assistant: Did you recently update your software or Operating System (OS)?

I installed ViewNX-i today. There have been OS updates recently. I am using Windows 7 on this machine.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?

*There have been *no* OS updates recently.
