My magicjack stopped working...

My magicjack stopped working saying :no line: when you try to phone out All lines have been pulled dozen times and my number(###) ###-####should be good until jan 2018 What is wrong?

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your magicJack phone? What have you tried so far?

WE have used magic jack for many years and no problem Then about a week ago it would not work. I havereplaced the phone and line to the jack. I unplugged it several times. It seems something went wrong in the jack it self. Unless someone took my canadian number away

I was talking to someone earlier today. He was to get back to me. Someone tried to sent a message back by emauil but i could only get music no message went i tried to open it My computer works fine. to reach me they will have to use(###) ###-####our other line not on the jack

The the issue you describe is sometimes due to memory errors in the router/modem that provides your Internet access, blocking specific protocols the MagicJack uses for connection. To rule out the network, first power down the router/modem that provides your Internet access and unplug the power cord as well. Wait 3 minutes. Then plug in the power cord on the router/modem and power up the device. Wait for the router/modem to completely start up. Reboot your computer that has the MagicJack installed after the router/modem had completed start up and test to see if the issue is resolved.
