Have a TC-L32C12 tv connected to toshiba laptop. Lost ability to connect video after latest windows 10 update. Is there a new driver? Thanks. *****: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?

Panasonic 32" Viera model TC-L32C12. About 5 years old (?)

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

TV menu works. connected from laptop usb to tv hdmi1 as only source.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue with your TC-L32C12? What happened right before this?

Been an issue about 4 days or so after recent update. worked fine before this (update). Settings/display tab/ connect to second display says not recognizing a second display.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?

Says: Your pc can't project to another screen. Try reinstalling the driver or using a different video card.

How would I do that? It is a different computer than this one on another level of my home. What is the cost?

We need to go on that computer and open this website through your email.

From there we need to startup Teamviewer.

Then I remotely connect.

If you are on a windows computer, Click this link

http://download.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewerQS.exe

A program called Teamviewer will start downloading to your computer (it does not open a webpage, a blank screen will show but the file is downloading to your computer).

Run the Teamviewer download and it shows you an ID and Password.

Give me the ID and Password here please so I can connect

Do not close the program but leave it open else I will not be able to connect

After shutdown/startup, tv showed blue windows screen but laptop had a black screen. I hit button to wake from sleep mode - laptop showed screen by tv went blank. just entered password ***** open laptop.
