Came back to my comp my new wireless headphones are not

Hello came back to...

Hello came back to my comp my new wireless headphones are not transmitting sound. They worked fine for 3-4 days. I mostly leave them plugged in. They beep at me when I adjust volume. My volume is at 100% and I see sound bars moving from guys in my voice over IP.

Logitec G933 running windows 10

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your computer?

Plugging and uplugging using different usb ports, restarting. going into my sound settings, did troubleshoot said headphones not plugged in

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

It says it is using digital audio S/PDIF there is a green bar moving up and down to guys in voice. I don't see a Logitec device there.

above that it says headphones not plugged in. There is not a Logitec device listed there.

Also I am in a voice over IP called discord. There is a green bar going up and down with the voices there in the Digital Audio

You are correct. The headphones do beep at me when I adjust the volume on them.

Please do the following.

OK turn off the Logitech headphone then remove the batteries in it unplug the USB receiver for the Logitech.

Then wait for a minute then insert new batteries in it then connect the USB receiver and turn on the headset then let me know.

All unplugged. One side has the USB wireless device storage. The other side has a black box that I cannot easily remove. No traditional batteries.

I would need a tool or something to pry it out and as you said I'm not going to do that.

Well in low battery state it can still beep in low volume.Like i said above no need to forcefully remove anything.

I left them unplugged 2 days ago or so. They were dead. I connected them to the computer using the plug and they worked fine. I did not turn them off so the battery was completly drained. They have worked fine these last two days.

I did I've used it for the past 4-5 days plugged in except for the one day when I forgot to turn them off or plug them in. They were plugged in and working this afternoon.

OK

Now connect the USB receiver back in then turn on the headset also make sure the wi-fi is on the headset and on the computer.

Then go to sound and see if headset is showing in it.

Hmm says I am connected to wi-fi which is right by the sound icon. Say my friends are going to bed and I have a friend that can maybe help me with this tomorrow. I would like to give up now. I gave my credit card what if any charges have been incurred?
