Not sure you can help. I have a JBL blue tooth speaker which has Best Buy protection on it. It has failed. Can you help me?

Technician's Assistant: What JBL model do you have?

I think I have the serial number, not sure about the model. I will look on line and get the model number

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your JBL unit?

Well, I use it as a blue tooth speaker on my Kindle. It started breaking up with the Kindle when in blue tooth mode. I hooked it up directly with a speaker jack and still no sound. I tried another tablet with the same results.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the E-reader Expert to know before I connect you?

Don't think so....pretty straight forward
