I have four computers...

I have four computers with Premier PC Support for life of the pc and all the accounts have been suspended. I have tried for three days to get a hold of them by phone but only get put on the que and they never get to me even after being on hold for 14 - 16 hours. I would like to know what is going on. Cannot log in to their tech site.

Technician's Assistant: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?

I can I can't get a hold of anyone nor can I get on line with anyone.

Technician's Assistant: When did you purchase your computer? What troubleshooting have you tried?
