Do you see any numbers at the back of the Laptop. I can see how to remove the battery. What we need to do is, we need to Cold Reboot your laptop to ensure we drain any excessive charge.

The Chronos Laptops came with Solid Back Panels. We need to understand how to get the battery removed.

Okay. Lets try another way. Can you please remove external AC power from your laptop.
Press and HOLD the power button for 60 seconds.
Post 60 seconds, please plugin the AC power from Direct Main, not from a surge protector.
Turn on the device. Please see if it works.
The disc has a Eject HOLE. Do you have a Pin or something? Do you see a tiny HOLE infront of the drive?
Can you please turn of the laptop and then turn it on. While turning on, please click on FN+DELETE.
Do you see BIOS options when you reboot. Can you please press F2 during Startup.
The only option left is to remove the Battery Panel and rerun a Cold Reboot.
Please remove the battery. Press and HOLD the power button for 60 seconds. Please note no AC power is to be connected
Post 60 seconds, please do not put the battery but plugin the AC power to turn on the laptop.
Please see if you are able to access the drive from Back. Please be very careful as you could damage the Optical Reader.
How did you access the battery slot ? DId you open the complete back panel or just the battery unit.
Can you open the Back Panel of your laptop?
Do you have a Visibility of CMOS Battery. It should look like a small watch battery.
It should, does it click when you push it inside?
I see. Can you use a thinner pin sort of thing instead.
Otherwise, the only option would be to open the full back panel and remove the disc manually.
