It has been months...

It has been months that the communication with the people I call are terrible, nobody can hear me. I use this service just for international calls. Any reason why this happens. A.L.

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand/model/Operating System (OS) of your computer?

The computer is a Dell, my service is Cox Communications. I have never had a problem before with the service I have. Don't ask questions to which I might not have replies; I am technologicly ignorant. A.L.

Technician's Assistant: When did you purchase your Dell? What troubleshooting have you tried?

None. As I have told you, I am ignorant on the subject. I have lost my husband recently and he was the one who dealt with these issues.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?
