A program will start downloading to your computer (it does not open a webpage, but the file will start downloading to your computer).

Run the program and it shows you and ID and Password.

I got a call with a new code. I put it in. Then your instructions did not work because it asked for I cloud I’d and password. Sorry to be difficult. I had a brain injury. Everything is difficult!

ok, youn will need to go into an apple store to do this, as it request your credit card details and it is not secure to do this online.

But if you take it into an apple store it can be reset there for you
